Principle and Application of Fluoride Analyzer
Fluoride in water mainly in the presence of fluoride ions, fluoride ions and excessive circumstances, fluoride ions will combine with calcium ions in the blood, resulting in insoluble calcium fluoride, which further cause hypocalcemia.
Principle: fluorine ion reacts with fluorine reagent and lanthanum nitrate in acetate buffer medium with PH value of 4.1 to form blue complex. The absorbance of the complex is proportional to the concentration of fluorine ion, and the content of fluorine ion in water is calculated.
