KLD805 radar level sensor_For highly corrosive liquids, steam, foam

KLD805 radar level sensor, with its unique corrosion-resistant material and advanced microwave detection technology, is accurately used for level monitoring of various highly corrosive liquids, such as strong acids and strong alkalis. It can operate stably in harsh environments filled with high-temperature steam, and can even penetrate dense foam, ignoring foam interference, accurately measuring the liquid level, and ensuring accurate and reliable level data in industrial processes.

Introduction

As an 80G radar level sensor, the KLD805 operates by utilizing the Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology. Its antenna will emit high-frequency frequency-modulated radar signals whose frequencies increase linearly. These signals will be reflected after contacting the measured medium and then received by the same antenna. Since the difference between the frequencies of the transmitted signal and the received signal is directly proportional to the measurement distance, by performing a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) on the collected frequency difference signals, the spectrum of the reflected echo can be obtained, and then the distance to the target to be measured can be calculated.

Feature

  • Millimeter wave radar, the measurement accuracy can reach up to ±2mm, and the minimum measurement blind zone is 0.05m.
  • The smaller antenna size satisfies the measurement of more working conditions.
  • A variety of lens antennas, smaller launch angles, more concentrated energy, stronger echo signals, and higher reliability than other radar products under the same industrial and mining conditions.
  • KLD805 Radar level sensor has stronger penetration and can be used normally in the case of adhesion and condensation.
  • The dynamic signal range is larger, and the measurement of low dielectric constant media is more stable.
  • Multiple measurement modes, radar response in fast measurement mode

Where are dissolved oxygen sensors used

Where are dissolved oxygen sensors used. We all know that dissolved oxygen is an important indicator of water quality, and in different times of the day, different seasons of the year, the content of dissolved oxygen in water is different. In aquaculture, industrial wastewater discharge, urban sewage treatment and other aspects of dissolved oxygen will be concerned. Where are dissolved

What is dissolved oxygen

1.What is dissolved oxygen Dissolved oxygen (short for DO) is the amount of free non-compound gaseous oxygen molecule (O2) that is present in water. It can be imaged like the salt or sugar does when it is stirred in water. It is also a critical parameter in aquatic environments and plays a vital role in the survival and health of various

How to calibrate the UV254 COD analyzer Before calibration This is the calibration guide of KWS100 COD UV254 online analyzer. The operator should read this guide carefully before any action. The analyzer normally is calibrated before delivery to the customer, so there is no need to do this unless the bellow conditions occurred. The measure result seems obviously abnormal or
